• Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of your package.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items.
• Item condition: New, unused, and in original packaging.
• Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Return method: By mail with prior authorization (RMA required).
• Return shipping: Customer pays unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Restocking fee: None.
• Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
